About the Stones
The Rollright Stones are at least 4,000 years old, and possibly considerably older. They are the centrepiece of what was once a large temple complex. Two further sites remain nearby – the King’s Stone and another group known as the Whispering Knights. The stone circles were centres for celebration – for dancing and singing, for giving thanks and meditating – and were arranged to allow the flow of positive energy. Millennia later they still function in this way.

Plan for the day
We will visit all three sites – the Rollright Circle, the King’s Stone and the Whispering Knights – and will practice special group meditations to allow us to experience their positive energy again in this new age. The meditations will offer an opportunity to align ourselves with the consciousness of our ancestors, to heal and dissolve karmic patterns, and to celebrate our existence supported by the earth, the divine mother.
What to bring
Please bring your own picnic and plenty of water, and we will share a meal together. Please also bring something to sit on as you will need to sit comfortably during the meditations.
