AVEBURY and SILBURY HILL

A special SOULEXPLORER WEEKEND EVENT

Friday 4 October–Sunday 6 October 2024

REMOVE YOUR BLOCKS and FIND YOUR CREATIVE FLOW

The siting of ancient sacred monuments and the routes of approach to them were crucial elements of their energetic power. That energy still resonates today, connecting us to ourselves as spirit – the function, also, of kundalini yoga. This special SoulExplorer weekend will focus on combining these two forces to remove our energetic blocks and find the true flow of the Creative Human.

Our base will be at Wyndham Hall in Amesbury. There we will practice kundalini yoga, learn about the histories of the ancient sites and eat our vegetarian meals, specially prepared by Anastasia of KindEarth.

On Saturday morning a coach will take us to our starting point in the Wiltshire countryside. From there, with breaks for meditation along the way, our route will take us on foot across the rolling landscape and through the great River of Rocks to approach Avebury Stone Circle and Silbury Pyramid as the ancients did. A coach will collect us for the return journey to Wyndham Hall and dinner. On Sunday morning we will reconvene for a special Sadhana of kundalini yoga and meditation, followed by brunch.
